Thank you for participating in Aroostook Savings & Loan’s 90 for 90 Days Debit Card Promotion!

Please review the Official Rules below for complete details regarding eligibility, entry methods, weekly drawings, prize information, winner selection, and other terms and conditions governing this promotion.

Participation in the Promotion constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and all decisions of Aroostook Savings & Loan, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

Promotion Period: July 19, 2026 – October 16, 2026

The Aroostook Savings & Loan 90 for 90 Days Debit Card Promotion (“Promotion”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on July 19, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 16, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

No purchase, payment, or obligation is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees of Aroostook Savings & Loan and Aroostook Payroll
• Members of the Board of Directors of Aroostook Savings & Loan
• Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of employees or Board members
• Individuals residing in the same household as an employee or Board member

The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

How to Enter

Automatic Entry

Eligible participants will automatically receive one (1) entry for each qualifying Aroostook Savings & Loan debit card purchase of $25.00 or more that posts during the applicable weekly drawing period. Transactions must be fully processed and posted to the account during the applicable weekly entry period. Transaction date and posting date may differ.

Eligible transactions include PIN-based and signature-based purchases made using an Aroostook Savings & Loan debit card to purchase goods or services. Each qualifying transaction earns one (1) entry. Each eligible entry represents one (1) chance in the applicable weekly drawing.

Qualifying debit card transactions must be made using an active Aroostook Savings & Loan debit card issued on a checking account that is open and in good standing at the time of the applicable drawing.

The following transactions are not eligible:

• ATM withdrawals
• Cash advances
• Returned or reversed transactions
• Refunded purchases
• Transfers between accounts
• Fees or service charges
• Any other non-purchase transaction

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without using a debit card, mail a 3″ x 5″ card containing your:

• Full Name
• Mailing Address
• Phone Number
• Email Address

Each envelope may contain only one mail-in entry. Multiple entries contained in a single envelope are void. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, incomplete, illegible, or inaccurate entries will also be void.

Mail-in entries must be received at Aroostook Savings & Loan no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the Thursday preceding the applicable Friday drawing.

Each valid mail-in entry will receive one (1) entry into the applicable weekly drawing.

Unlimited mail-in entries are permitted, provided each entry is mailed separately in its own envelope and otherwise complies with these Official Rules.

Weekly Drawings

Thirteen (13) winners will be selected during the Promotion Period.

Weekly drawings will be conducted each Friday beginning July 24, 2026 and ending October 16, 2026.

Only qualifying entries received during the applicable weekly drawing period will be eligible for that week’s drawing.

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Aroostook Savings & Loan from all verified eligible entries received for the applicable weekly drawing period.

A participant may win only one prize during the Promotion Period. Once selected as a winner, that participant becomes ineligible for future drawings.

Aroostook Savings & Loan reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to awarding any prize.

Prize Details

Each weekly winner will receive the predetermined $90 gift card designated for that week’s drawing.

Total prizes awarded: 13

Total Approximate Retail Value: $1,170

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during each weekly drawing period.

Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified by telephone, email, mail, or other reasonable means within a reasonable period following the drawing.

Winners must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification. Proof of identity may be required before a prize is awarded.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, declines the prize, fails to respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification, or is determined by Aroostook Savings & Loan to be ineligible, an additional random drawing will be conducted from the remaining eligible entries for that weekly drawing to select a new potential winner.

Prize Pickup

Prior to receiving a prize, each winner may be required to provide valid identification and complete and sign a Winner Acknowledgement & Prize Receipt Form confirming eligibility and receipt of the prize. Failure to complete the required documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Publicity

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Aroostook Savings & Loan to use the winner’s name, hometown, likeness, photograph, and statements for promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

Following verification of eligibility and completion of required prize documentation, winner names may be announced on the Aroostook Savings & Loan website and social media channels.

A winner’s acceptance of a prize is not contingent upon participating in promotional or publicity activities.

General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of Aroostook Savings & Loan, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for the administration of the Promotion and in accordance with Aroostook Savings & Loan’s privacy practices and applicable law.

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

Aroostook Savings & Loan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if circumstances beyond its control affect the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Promotion.

Aroostook Savings & Loan reserves the right to disqualify entries that are determined to be ineligible, including entries submitted by individuals who have previously won a prize during the Promotion Period.
