How to Notify Us

Visit Our Help Center: Select “Going Out of Town?” from the dropdown menu. Fill out the form, and we’ll contact you to confirm your trip details, including dates and destinations.
Contact a Branch: If you prefer, stop by one of our branches in Caribou or Presque Isle, and our friendly staff will assist you.
