At Aroostook Savings & Loan, your security and peace of mind are our top priorities. If your Aroostook Savings & Loan ATM/Debit MasterCard® is lost or stolen, don’t worry—we’ve made it simple and quick to get assistance.
Step 1: Report Your Lost or Stolen Card
During Regular Business Hours: Our team is ready to assist you Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Please call 207-498-8726 right away, or visit your nearest Aroostook Savings & Loan branch for immediate support.
After Business Hours & Weekends: Need to report your card outside of our regular hours? No problem. Just call 1-833-337-6075 for 24/7 assistance. We’re always here to ensure your finances are secure.
Step 2: Check for Fraudulent Transactions Log onto our mobile banking app or online banking to review your recent transactions. Do you see anything suspicious? If so, notify us immediately. Continue to monitor your account over the next few days, as some transactions may take time to appear. Report any fraudulent activity to us right away to ensure your account remains protected.
Step 3: Manage Your Subscriptions and Payments If you’ve canceled your card and a new one is on the way, the most important work is done. However, don’t forget to update your payment information for any bills or services linked to your old card, like Amazon or Spotify. Once your new card arrives, you can add it to those accounts and resume uninterrupted service.
